These Terms and Conditions govern your use of happyfeetentertainment.com and inquiries made to Happy Feet Entertainment, a sole proprietorship operated by Omar Anderson in Ontario.

1. Website information

Website information is provided for general information. Package descriptions, starting prices and availability may change. A website inquiry or quote request is not a confirmed booking.

2. Quotes and bookings

An event date is reserved only after Happy Feet Entertainment confirms availability in writing, the parties accept a service agreement, and the required reservation deposit is received. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST.

3. Service agreements

The signed DJ services agreement and accepted quote control the event-specific services, payments, cancellation terms, responsibilities and remedies. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that booking.

4. Payments

Online payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed provider. Only use a payment link after Happy Feet Entertainment has confirmed your event. Payment-provider terms and privacy practices also apply.

5. Third-party services

The website may link to Stripe, WhatsApp, Instagram or other third-party services. Happy Feet Entertainment does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices.

6. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The Happy Feet Entertainment name, branding, website text, photographs and other original content may not be copied, sold or used commercially without written permission. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful or harmful content.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep website information accurate and the site available, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Feet Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not replace an already signed service agreement unless agreed in writing.
